I was first contacted by NC Insurance in 2013 but was too busy to include another broker in a review of our insurance. When one of their Account Directors contacted me again in 2014, I decided the time was right to see what a local broker could offer as our current broker was out of area. In that first year, an extensive review of the insurance market was conducted and we appointed them as our insurance broker in February 2015. The reasons being because they'd found the exact cover we needed but for 25% less than we were previously paying. Since then, our Account Director has regularly conducted reviews to ensure our premiums remain competitive and is always available to help with any queries we have.
