This includes the cost of professional fees such as architects, demolition costs and labour. Due to this, the average clause dictates that whenever you claim on your policy, your insurer will only pay out a maximum of 50% of any claim you make.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-bczRLJ sc-gsnTZi fTRqjs fhbpUD draggable-block-container no-drag\" data-rbd-draggable-context-id=\"2\" data-rbd-draggable-id=\"256\">\n<div class=\"sc-iOnGvX eWKGIx slate-block\">\n<p class=\"sc-fYHEnZ kZxuMl slate-block\" data-slate-node=\"element\"><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"sc-jSMfEi bcxZlK\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">No matter how small the claim is, you will always be subject to that 50% limit.
